Proven track experience working on ad sales and marketing solutions for big pharmaceutical and health services companies. Experience in the Hispanic Market and a level of bilingualism will be valued. Develops and drives the execution of an ad sales strategy across all digital platforms, mobile and online with the goal to drive significant revenue and establish leadership within the digital health and information services.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills. A complete knowledge of interactive marketing concepts and practices on mobile and online platforms, as well as familiarity with offline media concepts. Strong on both above the line marketing as well as below the line marketing practices. Deep knowledge of all online and mobile metrics and definitions in order to articulate the best ad sale’s solutions and campaigns.
- As business grows person will interview, hire, train and build a regional sales team; manage and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, agencies and partners. - Manager is core to the growth, enrichment and development of all future interactive media solutions across HolaDr both online as well as mobile.
- SPIP will manage project-flow, from start to finish, through the company’s systems with ease; works closely with sales, client services, creative, traffic, and develops team to effectively service our digital platforms as well as client requests.
- Project Manager is expected to assist team members in reviewing, providing feedback and applying interactive best practices to the creative piece before they go to client.
- Recommend, implement, and manage the necessary tools needed for each campaign.
- Deliver weekly reports on the status of the each campaign schedule, missed tasks, milestones achieved, and identified risks.

- This is a multi-faceted working with both Technology and programming and sales. Core focus; executing and implementing advertising campaigns, analysis, and optimization. You will help the sales team increase their CPMs through inventory analysis. Follow up with clients is essential to the smooth implementation of any campaign, so excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
- Effectively manage and motivate future members of staff as the operation grows.
- Successfully traffic advertisements on our digital properties site pages (and occasionally the pages of our partners’ sites), working daily with the advertisers to ensure the success of each campaign.

Online Operations Traffic Coordinator

Ad Traffic Coordinator. Serve as end-to-end campaign manager for online advertising including ad tag creation, checking inventory, QA’ing assets, loading assets, optimizing campaigns, reporting, and troubleshooting.
The role is to manage the ad inventory and display on our various web and mobile properties. Multiple years of experience with one of the following ad servers is required:
- DART for Publishers (DFP).
- DART Enterprise (DE).
- Atlas.
- Open-Ad-Stream (OAS).
- AdTech.
- Mobile Ad Servers.
- Planning: Person will work with CS sales and Ad Ops to align ad targeting/delivery strategy in DART to meet client demands and revenue objectives.
- Develop creative methods to maximize revenue and ad performance within DART.
- Maximize sales team’s access to available inventory numbers while minimizing the problem of overselling.
- Develop reporting that clearly and accurately analyzes data.
- Help to maintain a strategy on how we will best segment and tag our website inventory.

Expertise in digital media research at an advertising agency, online publisher, marketing services firm, consultancy or market research firm is ideal more so if prior job has been tied to the health sector and Hispanics. The candidate must be able to understand, retain and communicate complex conceptual ideas and think intelligently/creatively about client objectives to design/develop creative solutions.
Duties include:
- Manage all aspects of the research execution process – marshalling the appropriate internal resources and departments to ensure project success.
- Provide all relevant information and research needed to build decks for ad sales.
- Provide support to ecommerce and services spotting market trends relevant to our Hispanic demographics.
- Manage the research process from defining client requirements brought by our Ad Sales group or ecommerce and services partners. From study and research gathering, to survey creation, to results availability.
- Act as the project point person, fielding all pre and post-sale inquiries from clients focusing on strategic client consultation, data analysis, report writing, proposal development and client presentations.
