- Multi-term Glossaries – We have developed the largest English/Spanish healthcare glossary in the industry (100,000+ words), and we also create client-specific glossaries that contain each individual customer’s key phrases and terminology and have created glossaries for many healthcare organizations. These glossaries help you maintain consistency and significantly reduce translation costs.
- Information Technologies– HolaDoctor has a dozen years of experience interfacing with Content Management Systems (CMS) for optimal document management and updating. We log into your CMS and fetch the content – or by way of exposed APIs – and on either your system…or ours, depending your preferences.
We also have the capability for you to push pages that require translation to us directly into our system. We provide a set of translation tags for the originating content to be wrapped in prior to our clients pushing to us. Once that is in place, your content is pushed to us and queued up for translation – and either delivered back translated or hosted on our servers.
Our “Boomerang” technology tool also makes the updating process seamless, as the English site is constantly monitored and updates to the website are sent directly into translation. This keeps the English and translated sites basically in-synch.
- Teamworks Project Management Software – HolaDoctor manages all files from the preparation stage to final delivery.
